Privacy policy

Vedith Innovation Labs Private Limited (“we”, “us”) builds and runs software products. This policy covers this website and our own contact with you: enquiries, partnerships, hiring and suppliers. It follows India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Our products

Each product publishes its own privacy policy for the data it handles, and that policy applies when you use the product or receive messages from it:

Other products link to their own policy from their website and app.

What we collect here

• What you send us by email or phone: your name, contact details and what you write.
• The standard request logs our hosting keeps (such as IP address and browser).

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To reply to you and follow up on what you asked about, to keep the site secure, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Our providers, only to run their service for us: Vercel, which hosts this website, and our email provider. And authorities, where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful to the conversation it belongs to, and then for as long as tax and other laws require.

Your rights

You can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw consent you have given, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Deleting your data

Email contact@vedithlabs.com with the subject “Delete my data”. For data held by one of our products, use the deletion steps in its policy, or write to us and we will pass it on.

Changes

We update this policy when what we do changes, and show the date above.
